We are Known for
From our first hello to the final frame, we weave your story with care, precision, and heart. We are devoted to the quiet details and the lasting beauty — creating images and films you’ll hold dear for a lifetime, and pass down like love letters across generations.
We chase the unspoken glances, the wind in your veil, the laughter that spills between speeches — those fleeting moments where real magic lives.
Weddings can be overwhelming, but we’re here to be your calm in the chaos. Friendly, flexible, and deeply supportive, we bring not just creativity, but peace of mind.
As a married couple ourselves, we treat every wedding as if it were our own—cherishing each moment and fully immersing ourselves in the joy of the day.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of celebrating love across cultures and continents, each story adding richness to our journey.
Though we bring years of experience, we remain humble students of life—always learning, always growing, with every wedding teaching us something new.
Personable & Thoughtful
“Fantastically friendly and considered service! Personable and thoughtful in all aspects of the photography and videography that they did for our wedding and engagement photoshoot. Would absolutely recommend!“

Perfect Photographs
“Tina and Edward were so lovely and guided us on gesture and expression to make sure we had the perfect photographs. They also made us feel real comfortable and at points we forgot that they were taking photographs, which is how we got some lovely natural shots.”

F.A.Q
What are your Rates?
Over the years, we have come to realise that every celebration is as unique as the love it represents. That is why we offer bespoke services tailored to each wedding, event, and portrait session, ensuring your vision is brought to life in the most meaningful way.
Our minimum charge is £600, and a full wedding experience with us starts from £3,000. Get in touch, and we will create a detailed proposal once we understand your needs and vision.
How much time do you need to photograph us on our wedding day?
We are happy to share our experience and assist with the planning so you can expect more photos and footage throughout the day. It is completely up to you whether you would like to have a ‘first look’ before the ceremony, dedicate another day for your portraits, or simply focus on natural candid shots. Below is a rough idea of the time we typically need for a UK style wedding:
Set-Up Time: We need about 15-20 minutes to set up cameras each time we arrive and depart from a location.
Getting Ready Shots: We prefer to arrive at the bride’s location 1.5 hours before she needs to head to the ceremony.
Group Shots: We typically take the larger group shots right after the ceremony or confetti shots when everyone is gathered. This will take around 5-10 minutes to organise, depending on the number of guests. For smaller groups, it takes about 3-5 minutes per group.
Couple Portraits: If we have one hour of your wedding day to capture couple portraits, it would be a luxurious treat. In our experience with over 350 weddings, only around 6 couples have given us this privilege. Typically, we have 15-30 minutes for couple portraits. If you can’t arrange time for portraits during the drinking reception, don’t worry! We can also take portraits during sunset or twilight. When everyone is on the dance floor, you can sneak away for some intimate, romantic shots.
What can I expect from your service?
It is our honour to witness love stories and celebrate life. We love seeing the emotion and events unfold naturally—90% of our shots are reportage. For some moments, we may offer direction and styling to help you express the emotions inside you. Everyone loves to see the best versions of themselves. Our goal is to surprise you and create images that move you. This is why we do what we do—capturing stunning photos and videos that ‘freeze time’ and preserve precious memories.
That said, before the wedding, we will create a visual board as our guideline. We also invite couples to get involved in this fun process and share their likes and dislikes with us.
Do you provide videography?
We believe that still images and moving footage are two beautiful ways to tell the same love story — your story. Working as one well-connected team, we capture the laughter, the tears, the tiniest glances, and the grandest gestures in harmony, without missing a beat.
From the sparkle in your eye to the rustle of your dress in the wind, our lens is always tuned to emotion and artistry. Choosing both services together not only brings consistency in style, tone, and storytelling, but also peace of mind — knowing we are there, quietly weaving together every precious moment in both film and frame.
Whether you are having an intimate celebration in the English countryside or a grand wedding in central London, we are here to help you relive it all — again and again.
Do you travel for destination shoot?
At The Snapshot Cafe, we embrace the adventure of traveling for destination photography, skillfully documenting every cherished moment from engagements and prewedding events to weddings, elopements, and romantic honeymoons.
You have not shoot in the venue I booked before. What will be your approach in shooting in a new place?
We love to go to different locations to shoot. We can always shoot with new angles which could be different from the other team who shoot multiple times in the same place.
Do you shoot with film camera?
Yes, if you would like to add film photography to the collection, we would require £500 to cover the cost of film purchase and development.
Our go-to film camera is a Canon 35mm.
What kind of gear the team use?
We are all Canon shooters and we only use full-frame cameras. We are also equipped with different lenses that allow us to get wide-angle, middle-range, and close-up shots. For photography, we mainly use flashes to create effects. For videography, we use LED light, mic, proper audio cable, stabiliser, tripod, slider to make sure we get both video and audio clear for editing.
When will we able to see our photos and videos?
There is approximately a 2-month waiting time. For printed products, there is an additional month’s wait for delivery after the design is approved.
Are there any restrictions in selecting photo shoot locations?
You can take photos almost anywhere with a valid permit! If you’d like to avoid being stopped by security while photographing along the River Thames, in some royal parks, football clubs, museums, churches, or private areas, please ensure you apply for the necessary permit in advance. We can assist with permit applications, and the process typically takes at least a week. Please provide the location for your photoshoot at least 10 days in advance. Clients are responsible for any relevant permit fees.
What happens if unexpected things occur? e.g. Rain? Illness?
If any unexpected events occur during the photoshoot, we’ll explore alternatives, such as adjusting the timeline or location. In the rare event that we need to reschedule the second half of the shoot, we won’t charge for the remaining session. If we are unable to find another date, we will adjust the price based on actual hours worked, though the deposit remains non-refundable.
If unforeseen circumstances arise before the shoot, we can only reschedule for a later date, and the deposit will not be refunded. From our experience, light showers can still lead to beautiful shots, but if heavy rain is forecasted, we may suggest rescheduling (unless it’s your wedding day).
In the case of a health issue or accident, we will arrange a backup to ensure your event is still captured beautifully.
What information do you need to provide before your wedding day photo shoot?
Time and location.
Venue restrictions (e.g. Does the venue allow flash photography during the ceremony and the signing of documents? Do they permit drone filming?)
Logistics of the group photo session.
Any special requirements.
Two contacts we can reach on the day.
Why is it important to have the engagement shoot before the wedding day?
Although the engagement shoot is optional, we highly recommend it for the following reasons:
– It gives us the opportunity to get to know you better—your style, your story, and the flow of your wedding day.
– It ensures we align with your expectations, both in terms of the photography style and the retouching.
– It helps you become comfortable in front of the camera and work with us to create memorable images.
– It allows you to spend more time with your family and friends on your wedding day.
What is your style?
We see ourselves as ‘reflectors,’ capturing and mirroring your energy and emotions in your photos and videos. When you’re in a romantic mood, we won’t ask you to jump or laugh; if you’re feeling nervous (often before the ceremony), we’ll comfort you without trying to force a change in your natural emotions. It’s your wedding, and we want you to experience it your way.
While capturing genuine emotions is our priority, we also enjoy creating creative shots that tell your story. We use light, the environment, details, and textures to craft unique visuals. Our main photographer and videographer come from fashion and journalism backgrounds, so you can expect a carefully curated collection that tells the full story of your day.
For post-production, our goal is to enhance the beauty of the shots without drastically altering colours. Unless you request otherwise, we generally avoid editing a blue sky onto a rainy day—because we believe in telling the true story.
We don’t follow fleeting trends or apply generic ‘filters’ found in other photographers’ or editors’ work. Instead, we create our own settings to enhance your photos and videos. You can expect your collection to have a timeless, classic, and elegant look, rather than following the latest social media trends.
Is there anything we need to be aware of?
For health & safety, and insurance reasons, we do not allow anyone outside of our team to handle our equipment – even if they are well-trained in photography. While we truly appreciate the support of your loved ones, we kindly ask that friends and family refrain from assisting with our gear or capturing images alongside us.
We also respectfully request to be your exclusive professional photography and videography team. To maintain consistency in style and storytelling, we do not work alongside other hired professionals. This clause is included in our contract to help avoid any disruption or conflict in coverage.
If a friend or family member will be casually taking photos or videos, we completely understand – just let us know in advance so we can work around each other respectfully on the day.
Is there any other cost other than the service price?
For weddings, we kindly ask that staff meals are provided if our coverage exceeds six hours. To ensure we do not miss any important moments, we recommend seating us nearby, so we can stay close to the action.
Please note that transportation and accommodation costs are already included in our package, and we do not charge VAT on top.
We would like to book you as our photographer and/ or videographer. How do we book you?
Contact us to check availability, please state the date and location, as well as the type of services you need. After that, we will provide a pricing guide for you to get a rough idea. You can tweak and adjust the service needed and we will provide the final quote.
When you are happy with that, we will send over a contract. We require 30% of the total as booking fee for holding the date for you (destination shoot would be 50% of the total). Once we received a signed copy of the contract, we will send over an invoice.
Our venue wants to see a copy of public liability insurance. Are you covered?
Yes, we are fully insured with public liability cover, and our equipment is also insured. We can provide proof of our drone licence upon request.
Are you professional full-time photographer and videographer?
Yes, we began shooting professionally in 2012, and officially established our business in 2013. Since then, we have captured between 25 to 50 engagement and wedding sessions each year. In addition to weddings, we also work on commercial projects during the weekdays.
With this experience, you can be confident that we are not photographers or videographers who simply ‘practise’ on the job — we bring refined skills, consistency, and a professional standard to every story we tell.
I would like to learn photography and/ or videography from you, do you offer courses?
Yes, we provide 1-2-1 mentoring at the moment, as it is the best way to give you a good learning experience. We will start with theory, then go practice. We can also arrange an editing workshop on the same day, too. Contact us for more details.
In order to create from a place of INSPIRATION, planning with CARE, we accept a LIMITED NUMBER of commissions each year.
