Welcoming the New Year with Love
Despite the windy and rainy weather, fortune favoured us as the rain paused just in time for the outdoor activities. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted by the bride’s parents, their smiles setting a positive tone for the day. We began with capturing the bride and groom’s preparation shots, preserving those intimate pre-ceremony moments.
A Traditional Ceremony at St. Mary’s Church
Our next stop was St. Mary’s Church in Llanfairpwll, Anglesey, for the ceremony. The church, with its timeless charm, provided a beautiful backdrop for the couple’s vows. After the ceremony, we managed to gather everyone for a few group photos, capturing the joy and love shared by family and friends.
Discovering Henblas Country Park
From there, we headed to Henblas Country Park, a hidden gem and perfect wedding venue in Wales. This purpose-built venue boasts guest rooms for the wedding party to stay overnight, adding convenience to its charm. The dedicated team of wedding planners had meticulously arranged the decorations, catering, and the event’s rundown. We were thoroughly impressed by the structure, layout, and facilities, all of which contributed to creating a memorable experience.
Capturing Guest Messages
As part of our usual practice, we filmed guest messages to surprise the couple. This time, all the guests recorded their heartfelt messages in Welsh, the language the couple feels most intimate with. These messages added a personal touch, capturing the essence of the couple’s cultural heritage and the love surrounding them.
Evening Festivities: Sparklers, Cake Cutting, and First Dance
The evening festivities commenced with sparklers, creating a magical atmosphere perfect for photos. Following this, the couple cut their cake, symbolising their sweet beginning together. The first dance was another enchanting moment, as the couple swayed gracefully with their little new born baby girl, lost in each other’s embrace.
A Night to Remember with Live Music
One of the night’s highlights was the band chosen by the couple. Their performance had everyone on their feet, dancing and enjoying the vibrant music. The energy in the room was palpable, with guests of all ages joining in the celebration.
